We are so excited that we won the award for Kitchen Design (2022 International Property Awards Americas) with this small city kitchen renovation.
When planning a kitchen remodel, it is important to consider factors such as your budget, timeline, and desired outcome.
Just what makes this kitchen so special?
There were certainly challenges to overcome but here’s how we did it:
Space Planning-
1. Extending the peninsula 8″ and grabbing dead space by the wall allowed an extra cabinet
2. Cabinets up to the ceiling
3. Using the toe kick space for drawers
4. Moving the dishwasher 3″ and using a 30″ refrigerator allowed an extra cabinet next to the sink
5. Microwave drawer opened up countertop space
Design Selections-
1. Open concept with an intentionally quiet design (both spatially and literally)
2. 1″ shaker cabinet silhouettes look modern and light
3. Custom color chosen for Blue Star range and hood (focal point)
4. Mix of brass and stainless finishes
5. Waterfall countertop adds drama
