Kitchen and Bathroom Trends- Having just returned from the Kitchen and Bath Show in Las Vegas, here are some of the key ideas and trends for 2024.
1. Super-sized Kitchen Ranges- The sheer size of ranges on offer are beyond! In order to show off these beauties, they need to be out in the open and admired as the elegant machinery that they are.
2. Appliances in a Rainbow of Colors- Kitchen appliances in color just continue to expand in every direction. Cabinets in light wood or painted to an exact match keep your eye on these colorful appliances.
3. Wood Bathroom Vanities- Our favorite vanities at the show were wood! Whether you choose a traditional shaker silhouette or a wall-hung modern version, this look lends an organic, serene and spa-like feeling to your bathroom renovation. Top your vanity with marble or quartz for a beautiful finish.
4. Bathroom Color- Kohler, in particular, is big on color for the bathroom. Given their success from last year’s offerings, they have introduced three new shades of green this year in sinks, toilets and bathtubs.
5. Countertops- Countertops are either super-earthy in marble or concrete- or else dramatically veined (and with added sparkly veins). We continue to see stone taken up the wall to give your space a calming sophisticated feeling.
