Your Fall Routine- Inspiring Ideas for Wellness

September signifies a change in seasons and it’s the perfect month to change up our routines too. This year, with much beyond our control, I’ve found that establishing new routines and rituals provides me with small things to look forward to in my day-to-day. Among my favorite things- a morning walk, reading at night, Friday girlfriend cocktail hour (on Zoom, of course) and a relaxing bubble bath. What routines work for you?
