Brooklyn Loft Kitchen Renovation

A few before and after photos of a recent Brooklyn kitchen renovation.

Kitchen remodeling is the process of making improvements or changes to your kitchen to enhance its functionality, aesthetic appeal, and value. You can click here to visit MaverickWindows for free if you wish to have your windows replace immediately.

You can check my reference for an efficient way to opt with any of your concerns related to windows, sidings or any that you can think for your remodeling project.

A kitchen remodel can involve a variety of upgrades, such as getting a cabinet and window replacement, painting countertops, flooring, buying new appliances, and lighting fixtures.

There are many reasons why someone might choose to remodel their kitchen. Some common reasons include:

Outdated or worn-out features: If your kitchen is outdated or has worn-out features, a remodel can be a great way to update the space and give it a fresh look.

Limited functionality: If your kitchen doesn’t work for your lifestyle or needs, a remodel can help you create a more functional space. For example, you might need more storage, better lighting, or more counter space.

Energy efficiency: A kitchen remodel can also be an opportunity to make your kitchen more energy-efficient. This can include upgrading to energy-efficient appliances, installing LED lighting, improving insulation with Professional Cavity Wall Insulation Installation, and plumbing. To ensure the plumbing aspect is functioning properly it is important to inspect it a bit further to be certain if you need to do some clogged drain cleaning.

As a mom and a cook, I have always loved how a galley kitchen functions, but this kitchen was sadly dated.

For this kitchen remodeling project, we chose a neutral color palette (open concept loft) and layered in texture and pattern.
The splurge was the Blue Star stove in a custom soft white enamel with antique brass accents. The wood cabinets are painted in Irish Cream. There is a mix of stainless and brass hardware as we didn’t want it to read ‘trendy’. The rippled backsplash tiles are laid in a herringbone pattern. The Caesarstone countertop in a mix of neutrals has a gorgeous waterfall end.
